Rich comes from a 25 year career in electrical engineering, software development, IT and global program management roles from companies like General Electric, Allied Signal, Honeywell, Dialogic, and the Intel Corporation. After a 3 year stint as IT Vice President for an international fashion company building a 10 million dollar/year e-commerce website, Rich formed “The WIN Marketing Group in 2010, a digital marketing consultancy affiliated with WSI, the largest digital marketing franchise in the world. As a trained Jazz pianist, Rich brings his right brain along to discussions of marketing strategy and technology, by being creative, improvisational, and analytical in his “no-nonsense” approach to creating value for brands and businesses large and small.
Rich hails from Boonton Township NJ with his wife Lorraine, 2 kids, and a schizophrenic Plott Hound named Autumn.
With his long experience in IT leadership roles for fortune 100 companies in the financial industry and a civil engineering degree, James brings his sharp mind and strong management skills to the problems of business development through digital technologies. James is a powerful force for technology applied appropriately, and brings a mature understanding of growth dynamics in small and large companies as well as a complete understanding of the nuances of digital marketing and brand development.

Benjamin Smith has been helping companies thrive as a digital marketing professional since 2002. He serves businesses all over the world from his office near Milwaukee, WI, USA. He is also the WSI Area Representative for Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa, USA. Benjamin is a Google Partner, is certified by Acquisio, and is a member of the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization.
Our resident marketing consultant and designer, Stephanie holds a Bachelors in Graphic Design from Full Sail University. With over six years of marketing and design experience, Stephanie is responsible for developing and deploying all media content including photography, video and more.
Anamica manages our 15 person offshore development team and brings a rich background in SW development and project management to the complex problems of website design and implementation.
Led by natural talent, gut instinct and a design degree from Quinnipiac College, Stefano’s expert understanding of design is woven with an intricate knowledge of font, color and all other faucets of both web and print design. His creativity often leaves us speechless…
